What speed is your Stream puck actually receiving?
Run a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app - this will give you an idea. You need a sustained minimum of 25Mbps for any hope of a reliable service. If you're getting above this then try re-starting or re-installing the iPlayer app from the apps menu in the puck's settings.
