I am in the process of trying to complete a new customer Sky Stream Deal on your web site but when I get to the final step to place the order it comes up with a "Technical Problem" and asks me to start again then the deal that I had on offer dissapears!!

Also it's not false advertising just because you have issues online.

Hi There,
Yes, gave sky a call there just now and they have said that the offer that I have online is not available hence the reason it comes up with a technical fault once I try to finlalise.
I asked why it is showing this offer and allowing me to book everything then at the last minute say it cant be processed and there answer was there must be an issue with the site and they would raise it.
This is the reason I say false advertising as it advertises the offer but does not allow you to purchase.

Yes, I have tried to get the £19 Sky Stream offer but always end up with the technical difficulty screen. They sent me an email and it was listed on Mysky where I end up with a screen directing me to Sky Glass.
I believe this is false advertising at the least, since customers are unable to access the deal but it's more like a scam since Sky keep directing you to buy a Glass TV at £600+.
It will have the opposite effect since I intend to dump Sky as I am disgusted by their tactics.

if so you will need to call sky as technically you are not new customers and the current contract you have will need to be swapped over

Yes I rang Sky and got an automated voice that promised to send me a link so I could complete the offer. When I received it it was labelled as follows:
"Hi. Looking to make changes to your subscription? Just follow the steps at sky.com/sky glass"
Surprise, surprise it was for Sky glass.
I've managed to find an online complaint form which I've used to inform Sky their offer is nothing more than a scam, a carrot to lead people on to buy a TV at inflated cost, and that the Sky Stream offer doesn't actually exist.
