@Paulellis1  You don't download any apps to a stream puck, they will already be there, including netflix.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Paulellis1   Have a look at the Home Screen and it will be there a short way down along with all the other apps.

Try rebooting the puck fully and also do an app refresh from the settings menu. The apps are all stored on Sky's servers, not on the puck itself, so it can sometimes take a little while for your link to the server to fully establish.

Are you seeing other apps on the Apps & Inputs rail, that is down from the Home rail?

It should show many other apps, like iPlayer, ITVx, Disney+, Paramount+, YouTube, Xumo, Discovery+ etc.

If you click on the first tile that says Apps & Inouts,, the apps are put into rail categories, like Featured, Sky's picks, Music, Entertainment, Sports etc.

You will find Netflix in the Entertainment rail.

You can also say 'Netflix' with your Sky Stream voice remote to start it up.

If your are still not seeing it or able to voice open it, try a restart in the Sky Stream puck settings;

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
