Sky stream delay on switching tv on in morning. It takes over 4 minutes

When turning tv on in the morning, it can take over 4 minutes for it to come on. Is this usual

@maggiemay  If you go to settings and ensure that networked standby mode is turned on and overnight power saving is turned off to see if this helps

Hi @maggiemay, I'd suggest checking the settings on the Stream puck to ensure networked standby mode is set to ON and overnight power saving mode is set to OFF.

If you need to change the settings, do so and then reboot the puck:

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.

Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

@maggiemay I don't have Stream, but on Glass there is an option in the Settings to set Networked Standby Mode to On. This improves start up times on the Glass. Is there a similar setting on Stream?

I also have been having that issue again. It might be as they have done updates. I do have the settings correctly set up as advised. It seems to happen some mornings but not every morning
