My playlists constantly miss episodes that are not available. E.g big brother episodes 1-11 are available 12 and 13 are missing and 14+ are available. I am based in ROI

Viewer relations weren't much help to me when I reported a missing episode of a Virgin Media series. They kept blaming VM but they wouldn't commit to contact VM to solve the simple error. It took weeks for them to solve the issue.
