Yes, plenty. Have you callled?

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link may help.

Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Hi @Barnbloo When calling Sky to get past the chatbot and speak to someone try answering the following:

 

Say about  sky Stream

Say it’s something else

Say NO when asked about using the web link (if you say yes you will probably end up on this forum again)

 

This should result in you being put through to an adviser.

 

Some people have said just staying silent when the chatbots ask you question results in being put through to an adviser but I haven't tried it..
