Stream not working
Keeps stalling. Message says technical fault and wait to load programme

Hi @Nitram47
Usually points to poor broadband speed or quality of connection between puck and router. Sky Stream needs 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. You can check the speed your puck is getting by opening netflix going to get help and running a connection check.
You could try using an ethernet cable or homeplugs to improve stability (and turning WiFi off in the puck settings). Or using a booster if your WiFi signal is marginal.
