Sound / picture sync issue Sky Puck

My husband has quite a significant sound/picture sync issue with his Sony tv using Sky Stream. There is another tv in the house (Samsung) that doesn't seem to have the same issue. He'd welcome any ideas that may help him to resolve the issue.

@TushDJ  This is a known issue which Sky have been working on for some time.  Fingers crossed it will be resolved in the next update.

The recommendation from Sky is to change your audio settings to PCM or passthrough.  This seems to work for most people but others will then point out that you then don't get Dolby 5.1 or Atmos sound.  It's a temporary solution whilst a permanent fix is found.

The audio settings are in Settings > Picture & Sound > Sound > digital audio output HDMI.
