I am having to reset my sky puck most days as the sound keeps cutting out! Surely this isn't something which should happen regularly, is there a permanent fix for this? Rather than having to reset most days?

What are your audio settings on the puck? Auto, passthrough, Dolby Digital, PCM?
Are you using the HDMI cable that came with the puck to connect to your TV?
Are you using a soundbar or AVR?

I'm using the HDMI that came with the box

I've moved the puck closer to the modem and it's still not making a difference..any ideas??

We are having same problem. But only on sports and cinema channels.

We ended up changing our puck as the problem never really got resolved! It's been okay with the new one so far...
