Sound echo on channels

Hi I am experiencing echoing sound issues on numerous channels eg channel 5 channel 27 TNT sports all the sound is echoing and horrendous to listen too or watch anyone any advice as I have only had this few weeks and will just get them to take this out as it's not fit for purpose

@Kaz84  Have you tried going into the puck settings menu and adjusting the sound output options?

Hi thank you yes I have just done this will see how long it lasts but hopefully not have to do this every time not the service i  was expecting 😡

How do you get puck settings on

Press home on your remote then scroll down to the bottom to settings on the left handside onto pictures and sound 👍 hope this helps
