Have had two Sky Stream boxes for 6 months now and cant wait until my 18 month contract ends.
sick of seeing "there is a technical issue" and other messages, we have a great internet, but Sky Stream is just so unreliable - if i could cancel early i would and go back to my reliable Roku stick!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jowett110 Why not call Sky to discuss moving to Sky Q or even cancelling your existing contract altogether. There are many post on the forum where people have changed or cancelled mid contract.
If Sky is you mobile provider you can phone them by dialling 150.
If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will reject it.
