Sound and picture issues

Using the puck.  We lose sound at times or picture freezes or a grey screen.  It's very annoying. The man has bet the phone from sky reckon he'd fixed it but he has  not.  Anyone requested a new puck  and got one ?  The puck is in front of the tv and on a wooden tv unit. The broadband has good speed.  When I h e switched it all off and just done normal tv as I call it we have no issues so it's the sky puck. Thanks for reading

Open netflix go to profile pic > get help? > Connectivity check. What speed is it showing there.
