Picture pixelating & freezing on live channels

Picture pixelating & freezing on live channels. Have tried restarting puck, re-connecting all cables, factory re-setting the puck & downloading latest software Have re-started the broadband router. Broadband is working fine on all other devices at 300mbps. The tv & puck are connected to the broadband router by cat5 cable. Sky help is completely useless & can't find a phone number to speak to a human. Hope someone here can help.

If you have a Sky phone, call 150.

If not, keep drilling down through the help pages, saying "not fixed" "need more help" etc etc and you will eventually land on a page with a number to call.
