My sky stream is stuck on software error says yo contact you

@Amirastoica  You need to contact Sky as advised on your puck, you're not contacting Sky support by posting here.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @Amirastoica Before you call Sky customer services you could have a look at the following help link Setup stuck on updating software to see if there is anything there to help you resolve the problem.
