Skyq set up box appears on start up

I have changed from sky q to sky stream and the box with sky q set up still pops up for a couple of seconds on start up

@sharon201  Thats sounds more like your TV showing the HDMI as Sky Q, you shoudl be able to go into your TV's setting and be able to rename the input.  Thisnisnt a Stream issue.

You need to explain exactly what is happening.

Possibly what you mean is your tv hdmi source flag shows as your Sky Stream box starts up, with a brief tv generated flag showing the words Sky Q on screen.

Depending on the tv manufacturer, you can change that flag in the TV settings for the individual hdmi sources.

Some you cannot, my LG C5 shows my Sky Stream box as a SKY Q device in its source list description

Go to Home Hub, select the 3 dots at top of screen on the right hand side and then select edit inputs. You can then select the hdmi port you want to edit @sharon201
