In order for the community to assist you will need to provide more information. Do you mean you are getting the Sky logo / white light then nothing? There was a major outage and Sky have issues advice needed to follow to resolve:

If something else, i.e you can get to the home screen but when you try and watch a channel are getting an error, you will need to post exactly what issue you are seeing with far more detail.
