Hi, hope someone can help.
I'm having to power off/on my TV & Stream at plug every time I want to watch Sky on my Samsung TV.
Every time I hit the sky home button the menu page shows but when I go to any channel it's a black screen so have to power down/restart.
Have noticed that digital input plus flickers between that & input plus each time.
Done all the usual stuff, changed HDMI, changed ports, removed soundbar to check, factory reset both, all updates done. Tried WiFi & ethernet.
I can turn off digital input plus but then I can only get 1080 not UHD.
All other inputs working, have 3 other stream pucks & have tried different ones.
Usually pretty good at this stuff but very frustrating, have put a smart plug in so don't have to get up every time!
