Sky tv sound - constantly out of sync

I haven't phoned sky yet as I was waiting to see if someone had a cure on here 🤔 I'll have to contact sky and post any results

I already had this issue with my SkyGlass, they gave me new one, but this "new" one after couple months have same problem. Tomorrow I'll call them

It's very irritating I never wanted the puck as internet where we live is awful but they don't offer dishes anymore it's a case of not being fit for purpose tbh
