Sky streaming keeps freezing

I've only just got my sky stream box today and it's froze completely more than 4 times today. It doesn't let you do anything on the remote, I have to then use my remote that came with my tv to turn it on and off to reset it.  Can someone help with this issue?

We are all fellow customers on here like yourself. How is your  puck  connected. If you can connect the puck with an ethernet cable it is more stable than WiFi. Also open Netflix go to  help you that and run check your network to see what speed your puck is getting. Sky recommend a minimum of 25mps for hd channels and 35mps for uhd channels  also the  more devices that you have connected to the Internet the weaker the signal is to each one.  How this helps
