frozen picture

fast broadband installed yesterday.takes dozens of attempts to get out of standby then after short while screen oscillates between picture and black screen.also picture will ofter freeze though sound is still ok.eventually after much pushing of buttons on remote,it will start to work again till the next time.how does one get to speak to a real person
