Sky streaming box

My streaming box goes off, the picture goes off after about 15 seconds and then I have to press all the right buttons to get the guide up again and remember which channel I was on. Is there someone who maybe worked for sky tech support who knows how to stop it happening? I tried both judder reduction on and off, hdmi control on and off and changing resolution to 4k and hd, with auto set to on plus, well I've tried everything I can see to try to stop the picture going off on its own.
