Sky stream
Sky stream was booked to be installed for my father at care home. They cancelled the call as they could not do the installation. My father is now in end of care life. We rang to cancel with no joy being pushed from pillar to post. This is beyond stressful for us now as you are asking for money for something we did not receive. You delivered the box but never came our to install.
My sister called to about this her name is Julie Labckham you should have a record of this.
My father is at the end of life and Sky are being so unsympathetic and uncaring of out situation.

@Navin3 In case you're not aware this is a customer helps customer communty not Sky customer services.
Sky Stream does not have an installation service, it's, plug and play, the only thing that an engineer would be needed for is a broadband install?

As above
Sky Stream is not installed by an engineer.
It is a self install and the Sky Stream puck/s will be delivered by a courier (DPD) to the property
Assuming you also may have had a broadband installation booked and Openreach or a Sky broadband engineer may have changed the installation date for the broadband installion and activation.
