Sky stream, useless!

Sky stream has been a waste of money since we installed it. Yes have done all the 'turn off and on', checked Wi-Fi connection, we have more than double the download speed required. All this and we cannot watch a single thing without it freezing or kicking us out of what we're watching. Sometimes informs us that we cannot access programmes as there is an issue but the sky app tells us everything is fine! Have messaged Sky but, what a surprise, no reply!
