Just want to know why sky stream is such an awful service. I pay a considerable amount of money a month for an absolutely atrocious service. 9/10 my picture quality is pixelated and constantly lagging and the UHD I pay for is exactly the same. It's an absolute robbery. I've been with virgin 7 years and never had a problem with quality or lagging. Yet everytime I watch something live this happens. The sooner this contact ends and I can get rid of sky the better. Horror show.
