A few different options to try;
If you want to update the email address linked to your Netflix account, you can do so online.
Please note: You can only change your account email or password through Netflix's help centre and by signing into your account.
- Sign in to Netflix.
- Hover over your profile icon in the top right hand corner.
- Select Account.
- Select Change email or Change password.
- Enter your new email/password.
If you've signed in using the wrong details, you'll need to unlink your account by using;
- The email address of the Netflix account wrongly linked to your Sky TV.
- The email address of the Netflix account you want to link to your Sky TV instead.
Then you’ll need to contact Netflix and let them know which account you want to unlink, and the new account you want to link instead.
Can’t remember the email address of the Netflix account wrongly linked?
If you’re still signed in to the account on your Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream, open Netflix and go to Get Help. You should be able to see the email address there.
Or if you’re still signed in on a mobile device or laptop, go to Account, then Security and you should see the email address.
Sky Stream with two pucks via wifi (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Smart Home - Bundle Smart Home plan +

Re: Wrong Netflix account linked
after doing all that you may want to cancel the other Netflix account, you can still use the Netflix account linked to Sky on other devices depending what Netflix account you have with Sky you can have up to four device on one account. If you have just the basic one with Sky you upgrade though Sky to allow you to use the sm account on more devices which may be cheaper than having two accounts.

Re: Wrong Netflix account linked
I had this same issue and finally managed to solve it after weeks of being sent back and forth between Sky and Netflix.
The cause
I had previously logged into Netflix on my Sky Stream box using a family Netflix account that was billed through Virgin Media. This meant the same email address was linked to both Sky and Virgin billing systems.
When I later created my own Netflix account and tried to use it with Sky Stream, Sky couldn’t link the new Netflix account properly because the old one was still attached in the background.
What actually worked
- Log out of Netflix on your Sky Stream box
- Open this link in a private/incognito browser: https://www.sky.com/shop/netflix/activate
- Sign in to your Sky account.
- You’ll be shown a Netflix service code — keep this handy.
- Contact Netflix and tell them I need you to unlink my old Netflix account from my Sky account and link it to a new Netflix account.
- If Netflix says Sky has to do it refer them to this official Netflix help page which confirms they can resolve it: https://help.netflix.com/en/node/104505
- They then asked for my Sky service code, which you should get in step 4. Once they enter this, it only took a few minutes for them to fix.
- Log back into Netflix on your Sky Stream box
- After this, I was able to sign in on Sky Stream without any issues.
I hope this helps!

Re: Wrong Netflix account linked
I am having this exact issue and I am getting so frustrated with both Sky and Netflix to the point I am considering cancelling both accounts.
When I try to use the https://www.sky.com/shop/netflix/activate page I constantly get a technical error. No one at sky seems to know what to do to help with Netflix being just as useless.
The email address that was used to log into Netflix on Sky doesn't exist so we cannot verfiy it which apparently means we cannot get the service code needed.
Apparently neither Sky nor Netflix can do anything without this code which seems like a massive system flaw if true.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Re: Wrong Netflix account linked
I managed to get a service code following these instructions:
To unlink your Netflix account from Sky, you'll first need to retrieve your service code:
- Go to the Netflix activation page via Sky on Incognito browser: https://www.sky.com/shop/netflix/activate
- Sign in using your Sky iD. You may be prompted to set up Multi-factor Authentication if you haven't already.
- Select "Recover my Netflix account" to proceed with the unlinking process.
- On the recovery screen, make note of the email address currently linked to your Netflix account under your Sky package, as well as the service code displayed at the bottom of that screen.
