Sky stream standby mode

Any way to stop sky stream going into standby mode apart from shaking the remote.  Its annoying

@cookiemonsteruk  Afraid not, it will always do it after a set duration to make sure there is someone watching.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
