Sky stream puck

Have to repeatedly reboot the puck and the sound is now out of sync with the picture. This isvery frustrating. The puck is hard wired to the hub, so not a wifi issue.

This seems to affect quite a few people and is not related to broadband speed. 

Is your puck connected directly to your TV or via a soundbar/AVR? 

Are you using ARC/eARC? 

Turning all video processing off on your TV can help a little or using any low latency game mode for the HDMI port you have the puck connected to. 

Personally, I never was able to maintain regular sync - it would change on a daily basis so I gave up and now use an Apple TV 4K box for all third party apps.
