I have 2 sky stream pucks they do not talk to each other, I cannot resume on one were I left off on the other. They are both on the same wireless set up and Sky router also they are out of sync if I am watching the same channel on both one lags behing the other by about 2 seconds

This is normal. The pucks operate entirely independent of each other and don't directly communicate. They are each connected to a Sky server which hosts all the apps, and all information relating to your account. Live channel streams also come direct from these servers and can never be perfectly synchronised due to the variances in network speed and bandwidth.
It can take a little while for viewing information (ie where you are up to in watching a show) to be synchronised on your account so that you can carry on watching something on another device from the same point. There's currently no way to enable a synchronisation to occur as it's partly down to the third party apps.
