Sky stream puck is broken. Tried every quick button pushing, combination, press and hold unplug/plug back in technique that online sky engineers can recommend. Honestly cant remember the last time sky made a product that was garbage. Any chance of a new puck so i can waste another hour with that before i eventually cancel, go to a good broadband provider and just get a google chromecast. Thanks

I have had Sky for so many year and decided to get Sky Stream as I didn't want a dish. Really disappointed, apps are intermittent and now a total failure. Phoned the support line and after 30 mins I'm now worse off with a dead puck that won't start or do a software upgrade. Poor product

Wi-Fi, solid 400mbps connection,, I stream apps stream in UHD. The Sky channel list comes up but the channels give a technical error.

I also wish I did more research, no recording is also a pain.

There is one easy way to test that, disable the WiFi in the settings, connect via an Ethernet cable and then perform a reboot of the puck by unplugging it for 30 seconds. The reboot will ensure the WiFi is indeed disabled.
