Cannot view programmes added to playlist on Sky Stream,

I can't view any programmes saved to my play list on Sky Stream. It tries to bring up the channel but buffers and then just goes back to play Home Screen?

@Tina591 You need to reboot the stream puck. Turn it off at the plug for a minute and then it should solve that issue.

Thanks, will try it. I'm not sure my internet speed is up to the job! 😳

You can test what internet speed the puck is getting. Open the Netflix app on the puck on to get help then check your network it will tell you the download speed.

 

This issue with it opening an app then crashing back to the Home Screen I've had a few times and a simple off and on at the plug to reboot the puck solves it.
