Hello everyone.
On Wednesday at about 5:30p.m I've signed up for sky stream essential, £15 one, with the puck(the radio has been buzzing lot lately so I've decided to try).
Well, I placed my order and they send me a "congratulations" email or something like that.
On my account I can see the puck marked as dispatched and it says "arriving soon", the us**ess bot is telling me that I have no order on my account which I can clearly see that I have, on royal mail website says "We're expecting it".
- What should I do now, as I've been trying to call, but unfortunately after 30 mins of waiting someone to pick up I gave up, my brake is not unlimited...

Your images have been rejected as both contain personal information. Feel free to resubmit them with your address and the tracking number blanked out. 
Calls are likely to be queuing for over 30 minutes so perhaps try to call after work or on a day off.
The current methods for contacting Sky are below and depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others……
🟩 📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or a Sky Talk landline. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers. Other official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are normally inclusive from non Sky phones.
All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.
