Sky puck not connecting to tv everything else is connected stuck on updating software

Sky puck frozen on updating software everything else is connected sky robot service rubbish any advice out there

@Danoneukman  Unplug the puck, conn ect the ethernet cable to the puck & hub, plug the puck back in, it should then be able to update.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
