Sky stream problem

My sky stream came today. I set it up but thought I needed to upgrade to get discovery plus however I found out I was already entitled to it. When trying to downgrade back to my original package it won't let me. And everytime I try to set up discovery plus its giving me error code MYSKY_1018.
