Sky stream not working

On my tv it says update account details. I press it and says all done. I can watch tv in two hours?? I've waited two hours still the same and it's been like that since Wednesday?? I've tried resetting the sky stream box still not working? Need help 🤣

Hi @Tomlinson1  Although with the current storm conditions the Community Messaging Team will be short staffed and responses will therefore be a little slow I have escalated your post to the team who will send you an invitation for an online chat.

Keep a look out for the speech chat bubble that will appear on the bottom left of your screen when you are logged onto this forum (you will need to refresh your browser from time to time until you see the chat bubble). When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or the chat will be automatically closed.  Note replies from Sky are not instant so you will need to regularly check the chat thread.

Sincere apologies @Tomlinson1 the excalate option was still showing so I suspect I didn't click it properly (or forgot).  I have now selected the option again and it has definately been escalated.   My fault, so again my apologies.
