Sky stream / Samsung Frame 65 problem

Weve just moved and inherited a Samsung Frame 65. Whenever we try to watch Sky via Sky Stream there is a floating ad for the art which i can only get rid of by going back to the TV home page and starting again. The ad then pops up again and sometimes the art mode flips on completely. Its driving me mad. I've  tried various fixes and called Samsung but wondered if anyone here has had thr same issue and how thye fixed it. Thanks
