Sky stream keeps freezing or screen goes blank

Tv keeps going blank or screen freezes and I've tried the restarting and all other prompts

@Rachael108  How is the puck connected to your broadband hub?  On the puck open the netflix app, go to get help, run connection test, what speed is being reported?

@Rachael108  Thats is plenty for the puck, however if connected over wifi it can suffer interference.  Are you able to try ethernet between the puck & hub, you'd need to go into the settings menu to reset the network and turn wifi off.
