Streaming freeze

When we are watching a streaming service it keeps freezing when the adverts appear and we have to reset but this doesn't always clear the glitch and an error screen appears 

Now so bad we have given up watching and will dump Sky as soon as our contract runs out

@shelagh21  Have you spoken to Sky about it, unless you do they won;t know if you're having any issues.

 

You can check what sopeed is getting to your puck by opening the netflix app on the puck, go to get ...

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
