Sky stream issues

Just back at sky after 2 years with virgin. Have the stream box but it's falling over constantly, I'm still on virgin BB for another week (1gb) but that shouldn't be a problem. Whenever I'm in uhd channels then move to other channels I get error messages and when a channel does work it kicks me back to the home page. It sometimes works fine but I have had technical issues messages, loading channel messages and have had to reset the box over 20 times! It's ethernet connected so should help the stability, I'm waiting on sky BB to see if the issues go away but I doubt this is a BB issue. Any ideas? Thanks.
