Netflix

I've just switched to Sky.  I have a discounted Netflix Premium included in the account (£11) and my wife has an existing Netflix Premium account that costs quite a bit more (~ £20).

On first use Netflix is prompting me for to create an account or use an existing account.

Question is - do I start a new account with my email and cancel my wife's, or use my wife's existing account details.

- Assuming using my wife's details would retain favourites & viewing history etc but will it affect the amount I'll pay? Will I still get the discount?

Thanks in advance

Yes, if you link your Sky account with your wife's network account you will be able to take advantage of the discounted pricing for the higher tiers, as well as maintaining the watch history, favourites etc

When you do the linking, what is essentially happening is that Netflix are instructed to update the billing details on the linked Netflix account, informing them that the billing for the account will be done via Sky, instead of the existing billing details that are on the account.
