I have had sky streaming for about three weeks now and I really want the Q box back is it possible I can do that? When watching the news the sound is not marching the person's lips. The sound on the sky remote does not recognise the Samsung make so have to use the tv remote raising or lowering the sound. I am not enjoying sky streaming at all.

As long as you are in your 31day cooling off period you can go back to SkyQ , you may need to renegotiate your contract or stay on the one you was on , I enquired about sky stream but got a good end of contract  deal with sky Q  so I kept it , and happy that I did after seeing all the Trust pilot reviews , they are horrendous.
