Sky stream frozen

My tv is stuck on itvx and nothing will move nor the remote home button

I've moved your post from the Sky Q forum as you say you have Sky Stream.

As you cannot move the remote to use a settings restart.

Try repowering your puck first, by removing or switching off the power to the puck.

Once its powered back on and your remote is still stuck, try a remote control repair:

1. Press and hold 7 and 9 together for 3 seconds.
2. Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.
3. Wait until you see the 'Your remote is now connected' message and select Continue
