Me too. Just re joined Sky after a few years. Trying to watch football tonight. First time I've used Playlist 'recording'. Absolute rubbish. Skipping forward 10 seconds every 20 seconds. Impossible to follow the match.
Still im my cooling off period luckily.
I'm stone cold!
Will cancel the whole thing tomorrow.
So disappointing and frustrating

It's awful to watch. Skipping on Ars v Liv as I try to playback. Was the same on Liv v Che game last weekend too. Sort it out Sky please. It's not cheap and I'm about to renew my contract. I might not.

Thats the way to bring it to Skys attention to get it fixed. I did that when it happened with the F1 playbacks back a few months ago and within 5 days of reporting it they fixed it for the subsequent races.

Yes I have and they are aware of the issue but don't know when it'll be fixed. I sent them another email today telling them I'll cancel if it's not sorted soon.
It only seems to do it on the Sunday 4pm games as far as I'm aware. It's so utterly frustrating

It's just got worse and randomly kicked me out about 43 mins into the game! It's absolutely ruining the experience. When I try to restart it thinks I'm on 8 minutes. I'm giving up. I can be bothered to find where I am and then have to watch it skipping every 30 seconds or so.
I've emailed the viewer relationships people

Yeah thats the standard auto response, but you should also get a response either confirming they are aware of the issue and investigating or better yet them closing the issue down because its fixed.
Certainly the more people that report the issue to Viewer Relations the better the chance of it getting resolved sooner. I'm sure the more people that report an issue the higher the resolution priority it is likely to be given.

Yep I've got this issue as well now, skipping forward on the football today on the playlist. Any reply from Sky on it? I've emailed them

You need to make a complaint to viewerR@sky.uk
What happened fro memis that I got an email confirmation and then a phone call to arrange a callback to discuss the issue with Sky support.
The guy I spoke to recognised the problem as a known issue and told me that it should be fixed in the next upgrade (due in the next couple of weeks but no firm date for this.)
I also got a £20 credit for my trouble.

Thanks for the advice. I spoke to Sky technical services and was told that it was a broadband problem. I moved my Sky BB router nearer to the TV's and thought the problem was solved.
Not a chance!
Football watched on the playlist feature from TNT Sports seems to work. But watching premier league on Sky Sports via the playlist still skips and is impossible to watch. Can watch premier league from Sky stream live in UHD but same match on Playlist skips.
I will monitor. If problem persists I will seek full cancellation. AGAIN!
