I have not been able to connect my sky puk for 3 months now I've followed every step to solve this issue to no avail it connects to Wi-Fi but with no internet every other device I have in the house including my sky glass works perfectly. I've reset it iv tried hard wired iv done every step in every guide and forum. I can't find a contact number to ring sky I don't know how I can talk to a human being to get a replacement puk my only step will be to stop paying my bill or switch providers

Click on the need more help drop down at the very bottom of the link below to reveal an 0333 number if your in uk
If in ROI using the same link change the flag in bottom right hand corner and refresh the link before following above instructions to reveal an 0818 number

can you try connecting your puck with an Ethernet cable temporarily and turning off wifi in the settings
see if the issue still persists

If you can use Wi-Fi, the cable option, it's better for your overall experience as it's less pressure on the Wi-Fi

Do you mean 150 or the number from the link ... was it the UK or ROI number you tried?
