I'm currently watching back some of the football from the past week, currently on the Oxford v West Brom match. There are some incredibly long screen freezes during the playback but when these occur the audio continues uninterupted. the freeze can be anywhere between a few seconds to 12 seconds. Incredibly frustrating as I am assuming that this is a problem with the recording on Sky servers. Can anyone shed light on potential problem?
Just in case anyone asks about my connections, I have 1gbps fibre internet, and the puck is connected by ethernet cable which is not direct to the router, but rather through a newtwork switch to the puck.
