Re: Sky puck
Hi @Philpillage
You will need to provide some more information. What is happening when you try and watch TV? Is there an error message? Can you access the home screen and apps etc? Was this a new install? Have you tried a reboot? Doesn't your broadband meet the minimum speed requirements?
We are fellow customers and know nothing about you unless you tell us but we have experienced most issues so should be able to point you in the right direction.
Mike
