Hi, so I have tried to link my old netflix account and it has not worked, I have been in contact with netflix via their online chat and they have confirmed that they are still billing me.
When I first logged into the account via the puck with my netflix log in details it did not transfer any account profiles etc, I followed some online trouble shooting from this site, logged out back in etc and the profiles appeared but the billing has still not changed, my netflix account billing says nothing about sky and as I said earlier netflix online chat tell me that thjey are still billing me and not sky, thjey have suggested I talk to sky.
I also followed a link to the 2step verification but that led me to netflix account recovery, corrent email address but said the password was incorrect, I only have 1 netflix account so its deffinitly the correct one, I did think about resetting the p/w but decided to leave that option for now.
Is there anything else I can try before I chat to sky tomorrow probably via their online chat unless its better to phone?
