discovery+ error message there's a problem with your device setup
when trying to access dicovery+ i get the message "there's a problem with your device setup, and error code: 10000 03.
was working fine 4hrs ago, now all i get is the above mebtioned screen message, help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have your tried rebooting the device in the first instance? and refreshing apps in the menu if this doesn't work?
Failing that further troubleshooting by discovery or sky will be needed. (We are fellow customers here on the community).

yes done all that, with sky and discovery are useless

discovery+ tells me to uprade my app on sky stream
I've used discovery+ about 10hrs ago and now when sign-in comes up with sports page, and when i try open something else it goes to a page with a button to upgrade, i already have the free version with my sky cinema, sky help useless, dicovery+ helpless.
anyone any ideas
