Sky puck

My sky puck keeps flash yellow what does this mean

Have you tried unplugging it, giving it a minute or two, and then plugging it back in?

Namely the recovery process. Failing this you will need to speak to Sky for a replacement puck. (We Are fellow customers her on the community).
