Given that the app is Disney's and it's happening on a non Sky version of the app. I would say the best course of action into contact Disney. It may be something to do with your ISP such as geoblocking however Disney dont list the code here:
https://help.disneyplus.com/en-GB/category/error-codes
There is support contact info at the bottom of that page.
From a puck perspective you can try powering them off for a few minutes at the mains and running an app refresh in settings to see if it helps.

That has been quite a common error on here recently and is normally solved by doing a cache clearing of the device and a broadband router restart.
Would suggest power recycling your broadband router.
When your router is back, power recycle your LG.
For your Sky Stream puck, once your router has been restarted as above, restart the Sky puck as described here;
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

Getting the same, been like it for a couple of weeks. Disney works fine on other devices just not the sky pucks. Needs looking into from Sky themselves, not sure it's a purely Disney problem
