Sky puck wont come on

Sky pick won't come on .I've un plugged it plugged it back in stats to load up sky comes on screen then goes off

Try the recovery as doxumented here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck

 

You can also try resetting the display output with the puck turned on press: HOME, 1, 0, 8, 0, HOME on the remote to reset the output to 1080i.
